The upper of the Experience Flow 2 has been updated from its predecessor and has been constructed with a sleek and smooth engineered mesh, designed to offer improved breathability and running experience. The mesh provides breathable comfort by allowing heat and vapour to escape while promoting airflow to keep your feet fresh. It also incorporates Altra's Standard FootShape Fit, which enhances comfort by allowing your foot to sit more naturally and providing ample space for your toes to splay comfortably. This design takes into account the biological differences between men's and women's feet, ensuring a more accommodating fit, while an updated heel fit provides a secure hold around the ankle and heel for improved comfort. Finally, the traditional lacing system is designed to securely lock down your midfoot, so you can focus on your run without any distractions.

Altra EGO P35 Midsole

The Experience Flow 2 features the completely new Altra EGO P35 midsole, engineered for both comfort and responsiveness. This innovative midsole provides excellent rebound and cushioning, effectively absorbing impact to help prevent injuries. The cushioning is positioned directly underfoot, minimising ground impact and efficiently returning energy with each step, giving you a spring-like feel. The midsole also utilises a rocker shape geometry to assist in the gait cycle, using the energy of your last stride to power you into your next one for an effortless feel and explosive toeoff that helps you rack up the miles easily.

Durable Rubber Outsole

The Experience Flow 2 features an outsole made from a durable, abrasion-resistant rubber, ensuring the shoe will last. This robust material also creates a reliable grip with the ground, supporting your forward movement so you can run further and faster with confidence.
