Redesigned from the ground up, the Challenger 7 bridges the gap between on-road and off-road. Hoka combined a simpler mesh upper construction with a soft new foam and increased the stack height for a softer feel. Add to that their trademark rubber on the sole unit and a redesigned outsole to help you conquer any terrain. For the sole, Hoka took inspiration from gravel tires: Smaller, denser lugs in the center of the sole are complemented by larger, more aggressive lugs on the edge. This provides better grip on uneven terrain.
