The Men's adizero Tempo 5 has a firm heel and a soft, super-flexible forefoot which gives these lightweight racing shoes a natural, zippy feel. Designed for runner's who over pronate they feature an improved Pro-moderator medial support. adiPRENE®+ forefoot provides extra propulsion at toe-off with an adaptive FORMOTION™ design at the heel to help slow pronation and absorb shock. New CS Litestrike heel cushioning is the lightest cushioning compound available and replaces adiPRENE. Another update is the improvement on the grip, with Continental Rubber used on the outsole. These shoes are great for race day and those hard sessions on the track.
