Gettiing better - Managed two laps of Robinswood Hill last night on the club run, worked hard up the hill the first time and then eased off to let the group catch up. The second lap I really hammered the hill and continued down the other side, stretched out over a minute to the rest of the group.
Really pleased with that, I do seem to have a habit of getting fit reasonably quickly but even I'm surprised by how well I'm going. Shouldn't tempt fate though.
6.5miles (22.5 for the week so far). Shoe of choice was the Nike Span Triax 7, a very under-rated shoe. Gives a firm feel initially but softens up quickly to give quite a bouncy ride.
